What other treatment is available?

In some cases, intervention (either stent graft placement or surgery) may not be recommended, either because the risk of aneurysm related complications is lower than the risks of intervening, or because the patient has other medical conditions that makes intervention very high risk.

Equally some patients prefer not to undergo such invasive treatment especially since the condition often carries no symptoms.

In these situations, the best therapy is to control your blood pressure using a combination of medications to achieve a steady blood pressure of 120/90.
